Technical Support - 12 Month Contract - 400CHF

Our client is a fast-growing ecommerce and retail firm with a global reach.

In their Zurich office they're looking for an IT Support professional to join them - To deliver high-quality technical support for end users, resolving hardware and software issues and assist with IAM and new user activities.

This is an initial 12 month contract, onsite in their central Zurich office, paying up to 400CHF per day.

You'll work across IT hardware support and asset management, day to day troubleshooting and incident management and work closely with Application Support and 2nd line teams.

Requirements:

  • Great experience of hands-on, on-site technical support in a user-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and asset management using Jira Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Understanding of Cloud-based IT environments
  • Great knowledge of Apple hardware / software and Jamf MDM
  • Solid understanding of Service and Helpdesk operations
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace admin and Okta is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
