Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Zug suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Beteiligungen entlang des gesamten Investment-Zyklus begleitet – von der Deal-Phase über die Umsetzungsbegleitung bis hin zum Exit.

Ihre Aufgaben:
In der Deal-Phase:
  • Frühzeitige Einbindung in neue Beteiligungen zur Unterstützung des Deal-Teams im Due Diligence-Prozess
  • Planung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Workshops mit dem Management zur Erarbeitung von Value Creation-Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Roadmaps zur Wertsteigerung
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen und Verantwortlichkeiten bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
  • Vorbereitung von unabhängigen Einschätzungen zur Umsetzbarkeit der Wertsteigerungspläne für das Investment Committee
Post-Closing:
  • Laufende Begleitung und Fortschrittskontrolle der umgesetzten Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit Deal-Team und Management
  • Teilnahme an Budgetmeetings und ausgewählten Board-Meetings zur Sicherstellung der Zielverfolgung
  • Organisation und Moderation von Quartalsworkshops zur laufenden Reflektion der Value Creation
Exit-Phase:
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Exit-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit Management und Deal-Team


Ihr Profil
  • Sehr guter Hochschulabschluss, gerne in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, gerne in den Bereichen Private Equity, Strategieberatung oder Beteiligungsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Portfolio-Unternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
