Functional objective:

✓ Acquisition of mandates in the field of law

✓ Comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, in particular:

• Corporate Law and Corporate Governance
• M&A Transactions
• Corporate Structuring
• Financing law
• Capital markets
• Restructuring and insolvency law

✓ Regulatory, legal and tax project management for a broad portfolio of corporate structures

✓ Notarization of contracts

✓ Conducting customer meetings on corporate law topics and regulatory approval issues

✓ Drafting and/or reviewing contracts, regulations, financing documents and responsibility for corporate governance issues

✓ Negotiating with stakeholders of the client, authorities and other service providers

✓ Representing clients before courts and arbitration

Job requirements:

Education:

✓ Swiss bar admission and first-class qualification

✓ Additional studies in business law or financial law

✓ Notary license

Professional experience:

✓ 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, auditing firm, bank or asset management
