They serve a diverse clientele, including international and domestic businesses as well as private clients, and are recognised for their professional expertise, innovative approach, and commitment to client service.

As their tax practice continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated
Junior Tax Associate
to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in tax advisory within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior tax advisors with a variety of client matters, including corporate and individual tax compliance.
  • Prepare and review tax returns for companies, partnerships, and private clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss tax regulations.
  • Support colleagues in daily client advisory work, including M&A, reorganisations, financing transactions, and tax planning initiatives.
  • Conduct research on tax issues, draft memos, and help with internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Collaborate on projects across practice areas, gaining exposure to a broad range of legal and tax topics.
  • Participate in correspondence and filings with tax authorities and assist in preparing materials for hearings or rulings when required.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, including presentations, updates, or publications.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in law or a closely related field (e.g. business, economics, or accounting with a legal focus).
  • You have 1-3 years practical experience in tax, auditing, or fiduciary services, gained at a Big 4, consulting firm, or a fiduciary/tax practice.
  • You are motivated to learn and grow in a professional tax environment, with an interest in both compliance and advisory work.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German and/or French are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, while also taking ownership of your tasks.
  • Flexibility and curiosity to work across different types of clients and assignments.
