Wir suchen einen ambitionierten Filialleiter (m/w/d) für unsere lebhafte Filiale in Biel City Unser Geschäft liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum und bietet Ihnen eine unschlagbare Nähe für all Ihre Sportbedürfnisse. Auf zwei Etagen und 350 m² ist die Kundenzufriedenheit aufgrund der Konfiguration eine tägliche Priorität und Herausforderung, wobei die lokalen Services im Vordergrund stehen.
Deine Mission

  • Management: Du führst ein vielfältiges Team, förderst die Zusammenarbeit, entwickelst Talente und schaffst eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre. (4-5 Mitarbeiter)
  • Strategische Planung: Du entwickelst und implementierst lokale Strategien, um die Filiale weiterzuentwickeln, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern und die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.
  • Exzellenter Kundenservice: Du stellst sicher, dass unser Team in Biel City herausragenden Kundenservice bietet, Personal Shopping fördert und massgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden bereithält.
  • Betriebliche Effizienz: Du optimierst die Filialprozesse, das Bestandsmanagement und die Ressourcennutzung, um die Effizienz und Rentabilität zu maximieren.
  • Omnichannel-Strategie: Du entwickelst und setzt eine nahtlose Omnichannel-Strategie um, um unseren Kunden ein optimales Einkaufserlebnis über alle Kanäle hinweg zu bieten.
  • Lokale Vernetzung: Du baust starke Beziehungen zu Sportvereinen, lokalen Gemeinschaften und anderen Stakeholdern in der Region auf

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und bist in der Lage, Beziehungen zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern aufzubauen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch/Französisch (C1) und Englisch (B2), oder weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
