un(e) Responsable Visual Merchandising.
Mission

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des concepts de Visual Merchandising et supports POS, en respectant le budget.
  • Développer des solutions pour des vitrines, animations en magasin et pop-up stores.
  • Superviser la création de présentoirs spécifiques pour le Musée Hamilton ou des lancements de produits.
  • Produire des supports POS et articles GWP en collaboration avec le marketing, en assurant un bon rapport qualité/prix.
  • Suivre les projets de production des supports POS jusqu'à leur livraison finale.
  • Fournir des directives claires aux marchés internationaux pour assurer la cohérence visuelle.
  • Rédiger des rapports trimestriels pour la direction.
  • Organiser des formations, visites de marché et réunions internationales sur le merchandising.
  • Assurer une veille sur les matériaux durables pour réduire l'impact écologique.
  • Soutenir l'ouverture et la rénovation des points de vente.

Profil Recherché

  • Diplôme en communication visuelle ou en design.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), SketchUp ou équivalent. Autocad est un atout.
  • Anglais courant requis, français ou allemand est un plus.
  • Créatif(ve), proactif(ve), organisé(e), autonome, avec un excellent sens des priorités.
