Non-Technical Customer Support

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused  Customer Support Specialist to join our Tektronix Services Customer support team for the EMEA Region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer requests, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Support for customers:

Manage the end-to-end processing of customer service requests and contracts, including RMA creation, verification.

• Issue Resolution:
  
  Identify and resolve problems during the service process, such as delays, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience.
• Support of Service Sales team:
  
  Work closely with Service Sales teams to ensure smooth and timely quote to order fulfillment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication:
  
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills:
  
  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving:
  
  Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail:
  
  High level of accuracy in order entry, tracking, and inventory coordination.
• Language Skills:
  
  Fluency in English and French preferable; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  
  Experience with ERP systems such as OpenUp Time , Oracle or SAP is a plus.
