Unser gemeinsames Ziel 

PostFinance will auch in Zukunft überzeugende Kundenerlebnisse bieten und somit ihre Kund:innen jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistern. Im 6-monatigen TSW (idealerweise ab Ende Februar 2026) im Team Research leistest du einen Beitrag dazu, indem du die Kundensicht mit Begeisterung und Engagement in diversen Projekten und Vorhaben vertrittst. Mit unseren Marktforschungsstudien liefern wir Customer Insights für diverse Vorhaben (z.B. den Strategie-Prozess, Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Leistungsangebots, Image-Messungen, Pricing- und Produktstudien etc.), wobei es diverse Projekte unterschiedlichen Umfangs und Komplexität gibt. 

Das kannst du bewirken 

- Du berätst interne Auftraggeber:innen bei der Beschaffung von Kunden- und Marktinformationen

- Du präsentierst die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen empfängergerecht und ansprechend z. B. im Rahmen von Präsentationen, Dashboards und Management Summaries

- Unterstützung / Lead bei Zeitreihenstudien (z.B. Sponsoringmessung Eishockey, Störungsmessung) 

- Unterstützung / Lead bei Studien aus ad-hoc Anfragen 

- Du übernimmst den First Level Support bei Mitarbeiterumfragen mit dem Umfragetool Survalyzer

- Du erstellst wöchentlich den Wirtschaftspressespiegel und sorgst für den zielgerichteten Versand an einen breiten Empfängerkreis

Das bringst du mit 

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder Statistik (oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung) 

- Affinität zu Daten, Zahlen und Fakten sowie Grundkenntnisse in Marktforschungsmethoden (qualitative und quantitative Marktforschung)

- Exakte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein 

- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein gewinnendes und überzeugendes Auftreten 

- Einwandfreie schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch

Bevor du uns dein Dossier zukommen lässt, sprich dich bitte mit deiner Führungsperson ab, da es sich um eine Entwicklungsmöglichkeit für interne Mitarbeitende handelt. Die Personalkosten müssen zwingend durch den entsendenden Bereich weitergetragen werden. Sollte eine Kostenübernahme von deiner aktuellen Führungsperson während des TSW nicht möglich sein, können wir dir leider keine Möglichkeit anbieten.
