Für unsere Geschäftseinheit Finance & Risk suchen wir eine/n Legal Entity Accountant. Zudem übernimmst du Aufgaben in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung und schließt dich einem Team engagierter Fachleute an.

Was wird deine Rolle sein

  • Verwaltung der Kreditoren -und Debitorenbuchhaltung der Vontobel Gesellschaften
  • Verarbeitung, Autorisierung und Überprüfung von Rechnungen, Bestellungen und Ausgaben gemäss den Unternehmensrichtlinien und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Bezahlung fälliger Beträge
  • Abgleich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, um nicht sachgemässe Belastungen zu identifizieren
  • Verarbeitung von eingehenden Zahlungen und Zuweisung auf Kundenkonten
  • Aktiver Beitrag zur globalen Einführung von SAP S/4HANA für die Vontobel Gruppe und Mitgestaltung von zukünftigen Finanzprozesse und Kontrollen

Was suchen wir?

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Gutes Verständnis von Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen (IFRS, CH-GAAP) sowie deren Auslegungen im Bankenbereich
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Accounting / Purchase-to-pay Software (insbesondere im SAP S/4 HANA und Basware) von Vorteil
  • Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, Fachhochschule) oder kaufmännischer Abschluss mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung im Bereich Accounting (z.B. Eidg. Fachausweis in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Treuhänder mit eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Hohes Mass an Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
