THE ROLE

We are seeking a Corporate Governance Expert for a multinational life sciences company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team to implement a Data Governance Model with automated workflows, review processes, and identify potential areas for improvement. Proficiency in Global Entity Management System (GEMS) or similar governance management systems is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a robust Data Governance Model with automated workflows in GEMSConduct thorough reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvementsDesign and implement automated workflows to streamline data governance activitiesIdentify and leverage efficiencies to enhance the overall benefits of using GEMSWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of governance strategiesYOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate governance, ideally with a focus on data governance and workflow automationProficiency in GEMS or similar governance management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement efficienciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in any additional language is a plusA university degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related fieldHOW TO APPLY
