This Position reports to:

Business Manager - E2E

Product Line AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) is a mobile robotics engineering incubator, dedicated to the study, design, manufacturing, commissioning and maintenance of logistics solutions, the movement of materials and products within companies, using Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMRs).

With more than 300 employees, AMR carries out projects in more than 20 countries, with customers in large industrial groups in different key sectors such as automotive, food, cosmetics & pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce.

As the AMR Global SC Development Manager, your mission will be to translate the Business vision and strategy into a global master plan. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of our products on a global scale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a network of key suppliers and integration partners while implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with the Business strategy and D&SCM guidelines.
  • Reduce risks and optimize costs on the existing supplier base, support the business regional growth while networking with other Production Units (PDP, EDP) and lead the localization initiative and supplier base rationalization.
  • Support development and implementation of Global SCM strategies for areas such as Suppliers portfolio diversification, Strategic Sourcing from low-cost countries, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Quality and Sustainability.
  • Ensure that suppliers enrolled have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements, as well as do the Suppliers Risk Management control and resolution of supplier performance and relationship management issues for the PL.
  • Define and establish local standard agreements with all major local suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in the field; engineering or robotics background is a plus.
  • Proven success in cross-functional roles within multicultural and international environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all management levels and work independently in dynamic settings.
  • Fluent in English (additional European or Asian languages are a plus), with willingness to travel globally more than 50% of the time.
