TXT e-Swiss SA, part of the TXT Group, is looking for an
Instructional Designer
to join the team based in
Switzerland
, contributing to the development of an innovative
LMS, CMS, and TMS
system in the
aviation sector
for a prestigious international customer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop E-learning content and conduct peer reviews.
  • Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance and version control across all E-learning projects.
  • Liaise with Engineering and other departments to verify technical information.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement of processes and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the team and its working practices.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Essential Technical Skills

  • Aviation background (pilot or technician).
  • Experience in E-learning content development and related tools.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Training Management Systems (TMS).

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience with Javascript scripting.
  • Knowledge of German.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, quality orientation, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to think laterally, solve problems, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid model (on-site / remote)

Contract Type

  • Permanent contract, with compensation and level based on experience.
