A renowned Geneva-based fiduciary asked for a highly qualified Certified Tax Expert with a real passion for the discipline, to join its dedicated team. This opportunity will allow you to evolve within a human-sized structure, recognized for its proximity to its customers as well as for its cutting-edge expertise with SMEs and trading companies, both local and international.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integral management and meticulous follow-up of tax returns for a varied portfolio of legal entity clients, both local and international.
  • Rigorously control tax forms as well as the monitoring of taxation in order to guarantee irreproachable compliance with the legislation in force.
  • Prepare and draft detailed tax claims, ensuring that the best interests of clients are defended.
  • Independently manage a client portfolio, organise tax appointments and ensure individualised follow-up for each case entrusted.
  • To provide tailor-made tax advice to clients, taking into account the specificities of the sector as well as relevant regulatory developments.
  • Work closely with the other members of the firm to ensure that the needs expressed by clients are met in a comprehensive and qualitative manner.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes relating to the taxation of legal persons.
  • Ensure that a high level of technical expertise is maintained by regularly monitoring national and international tax legislative developments.

Requirements:

  • Certified Tax Expert, with at least 5 years of experience in taxation, ideally within a fiduciary or a law firm.
  • Strong expertise in corporate taxation and solid command of Swiss tax legislation.
  • Excellent proficiency with GETax and VaudTax.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-service mindset: attentive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Proactive in anticipating tax issues and proposing appropriate solutions
