Le Groupe ANSAM, créé en 2020, est un leader des services informatiques en Suisse romande. Avec 5 bureaux et plus de 200 collaborateurs·rices, ANSAM travaille à créer une valeur ajoutée forte pour nos clients en répondant à l'ensemble de leurs besoins IT : conseil, projets, cybersécurité, opérations, recrutement, et intelligence artificielle.

Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un·e Technical Owner ServiceNow à 60% pour une mission sur site de 6 mois sur le Canton de Vaud

Vos activités :

  • Responsable de l'implémentation des modules ITSM et CSM, vous assurez l'analyse des processus métiers et le développement d'applications et leur intégration
  • Vous êtes en charge de l'administration complète de la plateforme ServiceNow
  • Vous êtes garant du respect des bonnes pratiques d'administration, de développement et d'interfaçage avec d'autres applications et bases de données
  • De manière générale, vous êtes le référent technique, garantissant la cohérence, la performance et la pérennité de la plateforme

Principales qualifications souhaitées :

  • Experience de minimum 2 années sur poste et technologies similaires
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projet technique
  • Esprit orienté solutions, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Excellente capacité rédactionnelle, personnalité autonome, dotée d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Langues : français C2, anglais B1
