YOUR ROLE

As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, your role will be to design and deliver smart, scalable solutions that connect technology with business needs.

• Build and manage applications using UI Builder and App Engine, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and easy to maintain;
• Lead integration efforts with systems like SAP, Databricks, and other legacy platforms using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom APIs;
• Set and apply technical standards to ensure code quality, platform stability, and consistency across ServiceNow areas such as service management, operations, customer support, and portfolio planning;
• Support and guide development teams, encouraging learning, collaboration, and high-quality delivery;
• Bring innovation by integrating AI and generative AI into workflows to improve automation and user experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10 years of experience in IT architecture, designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains and workspaces;
• Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect, with additional credentials as System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist in areas such as IT Service Management, Customer Service, or IT Operations;
• Advanced proficiency in building applications with UI Builder and App Engine, and in orchestrating integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server (Management, Instrumentation and Discovery), and the Configuration Management Database;
• Proven success in designing custom data models and integrating ServiceNow with SAP and other legacy systems to support enterprise-wide transformation;
• Strong interest in innovation, with hands-on experience embedding artificial intelligence and generative AI into workflows to enhance automation and user experience;
• Fluency in English + French or German at professional level mandatory.
