The Position

Die Organisation "Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst", ein wichtiger Bestandteil der globalen Group Function "Corporate Strategy, Sustainability & Sites", sichert und entwickelt die gesamte Infrastruktur und die Services des Standorts. Wir arbeiten entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette – von der frühen Forschung bis zur Patientenversorgung. Der Kreis "Logistic Solutions" Basel/Kaiseraugst stellt qualitativ hochstehende und kosteneffiziente Services bereit und kümmert sich um alle Güter und Sendungen, die den Standort passieren. Als Warehouse Specialist im Logistikhub und Zentraldepot Clinical Supply KAU in Kaiseraugst stellst Du die reibungslose Abwicklung aller Lager- und Versandprozesse sicher und trägst massgeblich zum Erfolg bei. Die Möglichkeit

  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Sicherstellung der korrekten Abwicklung der gesamten Warenprozesse (Warenannahme/Eingang, Warenausgang), inklusive Lagerhaltung und Kommissionierung.
  • Abwicklung von Transport- und Lageraufträgen in verschiedenen SAP-Systemen.
  • Überarbeitung und Neuerstellung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) zur Gewährleistung der Prozesssicherheit.
  • Unterstützung der internen Kunden bei der Erstellung komplexer Versandaufträge.
  • Unterstützung als Fachexperte (SME) bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungs- & Änderungsmanagement (Deviations, CAPAs, Changes).
  • Vertretung des Bereichs als SME bei internen und externen Inspektionen, Audits und Führungen.
  • Super User für das Lagerverwaltungssystem LAL (SAP S/4 HANA).

Wer Du bist

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Logistikfachmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik mit, vorzugsweise im Pharma- und im GDP-Umfeld.
  • Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Temperatur kontrollierten Sendungen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere in SAP S/4 HANA, sind vorhanden.
  • Eine gültige Fahrprüfung für Flurförderfahrzeuge liegt vor.
  • Du hast eine Gefahrgutausbildung auf allen Verkehrsträgern und Gefahrgutklassen absolviert.
  • Du bist eine engagierte, hochgradig selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse (B1/B2).
