Als Lead Product Manager Sell-Side Investment Research übernimmst du die strategische und fachliche Verantwortung für unser interdisziplinäres Team aus Product Ownern, Entwicklern und Business Analysten. Du bist massgeblich daran beteiligt, unsere Produkt-Roadmap voranzutreiben, Prozesse zu optimieren und unser Angebot entlang der Kundenbedürfnisse und Marktanforderungen weiterzuentwickeln
Deine Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des ZKB Research DevOps-Teams: Leitung eines interdisziplinären Teams aus Product Ownern, Entwicklern und Business Analysten
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung der Product-Roadmap: Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des ZKB Sell-Side Research über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg, inklusive Priorisierung und Planung
  • Kundenzentrierte Produktverantwortung: Sicherstellung eines optimalen Product-Offerings für sämtliche Kundengruppen, abgestimmt auf deren Bedürfnisse, interne Stakeholder und das Wettbewerbsumfeld
  • Datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung: Erstellung und Analyse von Business Cases sowie Auswertung des Nutzerverhaltens als Grundlage für faktenbasierte Entscheidungen
  • Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Vereinfachung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität.

Dein Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Projekt- oder Portfoliomanagement
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Sell-Side oder Buy-Side Research
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation interdisziplinärer (Projekt-)Teams
  • Leadership-Qualitäten und die Fähigkeit, eine offene und innovative Teamkultur zu fördern
  • Analytisches, strategisches und vernetztes Denken
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z.B. SAFe)
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten in der deutschen Sprache und Sicherheit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Führungsebenen
  • Vertrautheit mit bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und komplexem Stakeholder-Management
