Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons 2 :

Quality Process Owner

Un poste orienté Change Control et Gestion des analyses de risque
comprenant l'élaboration des dossiers de gestion des risques, sa mise à jour incluant sa revue annuelle, le contact avec les soumissions réglementaires, la supervision de l'animation des groupes de travail et mises à jour des dossiers (Change Control, Non-conformités et CAPA…). Poste qui requiert 6 ans d'expérience minimum idéalement.

Un poste orienté Data Integrity
et
Audit interne
regroupant l'accompagnement des audits internes (élaboration du plan annuel, formation des auditeurs internes et réalisation des audits internes et pilotage des plans d'action). Poste qui requiert 8 ans d'expérience minimum idéalement.

Activités principales pour les 2 rôles :

  • Être responsable des process du système qualité en s'assurant :

  • La formation associée,

  • Le maintien de la compliance avec les réglementations et normes applicables,
  • La communication et le soutien aux équipes transverses,
  • La définition et l'analyse des indicateurs ainsi que la mise en place d'outils de suivi de l'efficience du process,
  • La prise de décision,

  • L'amélioration continue,

  • Contribuer à la bonne exécution de l'ensemble des processus qualité système,

  • Mener des améliorations sur les processus qualité en collaboration avec l'équipe qualité,

  • Contribuer à la préparation et au déroulé des audits externes.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience significative sur un poste en qualité système avec minimum 6-8 ans d'expérience, idéalement dans le domaine du dispositif médical,
  • Maitrise des référentiels qualité ISO 13485, MDSAP et 21 CFR part 820,
  • Anglais B2 minimum,
  • Connaissance VEEVA ou eSMQ est un plus.
