Dein Beitrag als Expert:in
  • CRM-Transformation im Banking: Du entwickelst CRM-Strategien und gestaltest die digitale Kundeninteraktion über alle Touchpoints hinweg – mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Personalisierung und Kundenerlebnis
  • Lead Management & Marketing Automation: Du konzipierst und optimierst datenbasierte Prozesse zur Kundengewinnung, -bindung und -entwicklung – integriert in CRM-Systeme
  • Systemintegration & Datenqualität: Du begleitest Migrationen, sorgst für konsistente Datenstrukturen und steuerst Integrationen in komplexe Systemlandschaften
  • Business Analyse & Lösungsdesign: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in CRM-spezifische Lösungskonzepte – strukturiert in Epics, Features & User Stories
  • Tech-Kompetenz & Toolnutzung: Du arbeitest mit CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce, Avaloq CRM oder Microsoft Dynamics und setzt Tools wie JIRA, Confluence oder BPMN souverän ein
  • Agile Umsetzung & Delivery Excellence: Du bringst deine Erfahrung in agilen Projekten ein – von der Iterationsplanung bis zur erfolgreichen Produktivsetzung
Was du mitbringst
  • Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Kundenprozessen im Bankenumfeld – insbesondere im CRM- oder Customer-Experience-Kontext
  • Praxiswissen zu CRM-Systemen, Kampagnenmanagement und Customer Journeys
  • Projekterfahrung in agilen Kontexten – z.B. als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder Product Owner
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für Backend-Prozesse und Schnittstellen – insbesondere im Zusammenspiel von CRM-Systemen, Core-Banking-Lösungen und Datenarchitekturen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
