YOUR ROLE

As a Business Technology Lead (Senior Director), you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering the next generation of technology advisory and digital transformation for our clients. You will lead a high-performing team of consultants and drive strategic engagements around the CIO agenda, AI platform strategies, IT Mergers and Acquisitions, and data-driven ESG reporting across multiple industries.

You will work closely with CxOs, helping them navigate complex transformations, while building and scaling Capgemini Invent's technology advisory footprint in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities you may expect:

• Leading and growing a high-performing team of ca. 20 consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration;
• Driving strategic client engagements around key technology transformation topics, including:

– CIO advisory and IT strategy

– AI platform and embedded AI product strategy

– IT Operating Model (ITOM) and IT Performance Management

– IT M&A and post-merger integration

– Hyperscaler partner ecosystem strategy

– Data-driven ESG reporting and regulatory alignment;
- Shaping and executing the Swiss go-to-market strategy, in alignment with global and regional leadership;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud), and internal stakeholders;
- Driving sales and business growth, achieving ambitious headcount and revenue targets;
- Contributing to thought leadership and IP development, enhancing Capgemini Invent's market visibility in the Swiss and European market.

YOUR PROFILE

• 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT consulting;
• Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and delivering complex transformation programs;
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data ecosystems;
• Strong track record in client development, sales, and revenue growth;
• Industry expertise in one or more of: Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Luxury/Watchmaking;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (minimum C1 level required). Additional French proficiency (C1 level) is a strong advantage;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
