Die Organisation

Ärzte ohne Grenzen / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) wurde 1971 von Ärzt:innen und Journalist:innen gegründet und ist heute eine der grössten unabhängigen medizinischen Nothilfeorganisationen der Welt. Unsere Teams helfen in über 75 Ländern weltweit Menschen in Not nach Naturkatastrophen, während Epidemien oder kriegerischen Auseinandersetzungen – ungeachtet ihrer Herkunft, ihrer religiösen oder politischen Überzeugung.

Die Stellenbeschreibung

Als Praktikant:in bist du Teil des elfköpfigen «Digital Team». Das Team ist für sämtliche digitalen Aktivitäten von Ärzte ohne Grenzen Schweiz zuständig und gehört zur Abteilung Kommunikation und Fundraising. Gemeinsam mit deiner deutschsprachigen Teamkollegin in Zürich bespielst du alle Social- Media-Kanäle für die Deutschschweiz, pflegst den Austausch mit unseren Follower:innen beim Community Management, bist in regelmässigem Austausch mit unseren Kolleg:innen in Deutschland und Österreich und checkst andere digitale Produkte (z.B. Webseite oder Newsletter) auf einwandfreies Deutsch. Immer wieder hast du die Gelegenheit, am Hauptsitz in Genf mit deinen acht französischsprachigen Teamkolleg:innen zusammenzuarbeiten.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche

  • Verwaltung der Social-Media-Kanäle: Publishing, Community Management und Monitoring

  • Content Creation: Erstellen von Text-, Bild- und Video-Inhalten für verschiedene digitale Kanäle

  • Video-Bearbeitung (erste Erfahrungen von Vorteil)

  • Proofreading und Übersetzungen in Deutsch

  • Publishing von Inhalten auf der Website

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von digitalen Fundraising- oder Kommunikationskampagnen

  • Beobachtung der neuesten digitalen Trends

  • Gelegentliche Begleitung von Events am Wochenende für Social Media Content

Dein Profil

  • Ausgezeichnete redaktionelle Fähigkeiten in Deutsch

  • Du hast Freude an Social Media, nutzt die Tools (Canva, CapCut, oder ähnliche Tools) mühelos und sprichst die Sprache verschiedener Kanäle: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok und LinkedIn

  • Du trittst auch gerne mal vor die Kamera

  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse

  • Kenntnisse in Video- und Bildbearbeitung von Vorteil

  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Meta Business Suite und Ads Manager oder bereit, sich diese anzueignen

Unsere Praktikumsbedingungen

  • Arbeitsort: Zürich

  • Stellenantritt: 1. Dezember 2025

  • Neun Monate

  • Monatlicher Bruttolohn: CHF 2000.-
