**INTRODUCTION** Pour l'un de nos clients basés à **Genève**, nous proposons un poste d': ## Social Media Specialist h/f ## Contrat à durée **indéterminée** avec un taux d'activité de **80%.** **DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION** * **Stratégie éditoriale** : Définition et déploiement de la stratégie social media en cohérence avec l'image et les objectifs de la Maison. * **Planification et création de contenus** : Élaboration du calendrier éditorial et rédaction. * **Gestion des réseaux sociaux** : Programmation, publication et animation quotidienne des plateformes. * **Influence et partenariats** : Pilotage des campagnes d'influence, prise en charge des collaborations (contrats, budgets, envois produits), suivi des performances et coordination des activations. * **Coordination transversale** : Interface avec les départements marketing, retail, e-commerce et RP. * **Reporting et analyse** : Suivi des KPIs, reporting régulier et recommandations. **PROFIL ATTENDU** Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en marketing digital, communication ou équivalent (Bachelor ou Mater), vous justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de réseaux sociaux, idéalement dans les secteurs du luxe, de la mode, de la beauté ou du retail haut de gamme. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral (niveau C1 requis) ; la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.
