About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Data Visualization Specialist
to transform complex datasets into clear, insightful, and visually engaging reports for our organization in Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to communicate insights that drive strategic decisions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a creative eye for design, and proficiency with visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights using visual storytelling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and key metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visualizations.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making.
  • Optimize reports for usability, clarity, and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest visualization tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Support presentations and workshops with high-quality visual materials.
  • Assist in creating templates, style guides, and standards for data visualization across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as
    Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik
    , or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German and/or French
    is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
