ENOVA est à la recherche d'un Business Manager senior doté d'une forte volonté d'entreprendre et motivé à créer sa propre Business Unit au sein de notre Groupe.

Vos missions

Nous sommes une société de conseil spécialisée dans les Technologies de l'Information, le Big Data et l'Intelligence Artificielle et au sein d'Enova, vous développez et gérez votre propre Business Unit en assurant les activités suivantes :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance dans les secteurs des technologies de l'information, notamment sur la Data, l'Intelligence Artificielle et la Cybersécurité.
  • Développer votre réseau et votre portefeuille de clients
  • Recruter les meilleurs talents
  • Gérer les projets et les carrières de vos consultants

Grâce à l'accompagnement des autres Business Managers et au support de toute l'équipe structure, vous évoluerez rapidement sur des activités de coaching et de pilotage, et le package de rémunération récompensera votre performance et votre engagement.

Vos compétences
  • Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur (Bachelor / Master)
  • Vous avez 1 an d'expérience minimum en tant que Business Manager dans le domaine du conseil
  • Vous êtes résilient, autonome et capable de développer votre propre volonté et votre motivation à travailler.
  • Vous êtes une personne extravertie et aimez interagir avec les gens.
  • Vous parlez couramment Anglais
  • Vous êtes motivé(e) pour rejoindre une équipe jeune et dynamique
