Business Manager IT spécialisé dans le Luxe
, un profil capable d'allier stratégie, leadership et tech.

Votre rôle — une mission à la hauteur des grandes Maisons

1. Comprendre, conseiller, ouvrir des perspectives

  • Identifier les enjeux IT et digitaux de vos clients : omnicanal, data, CRM clienteling, ERP/PLM, retail tech, cybersécurité.
  • Accompagner CIO, Digital Directors, Tech Leads et Métiers sur leurs priorités stratégiques.
  • Construire des relations durables et exigeantes dans un univers où la confiance et la discrétion sont essentielles.

2. Développer votre Business Unit avec une vision premium

  • Bâtir un portefeuille structuré dans le Luxe et les industries connexes.
  • Promouvoir les expertises d'Ivy : transformation digitale, modernisation IT, expérience client, innovation technologique.
  • Piloter le développement commercial avec finesse, précision et ambition.

3. Piloter les projets qui redéfinissent l'expérience luxe

  • Garantir la qualité opérationnelle des missions : cadrage, staffing, suivi des équipes, satisfaction client.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre de programmes à forte visibilité :
  • intégration CRM / clienteling
  • digitalisation Retail et Smart Stores
  • data platforms & advanced analytics
  • cybersécurité & gouvernance
  • PLM et digitalisation produit
  • Être le trait d'union entre créativité, précision technique et excellence.

4. Construire et inspirer une équipe d'élite

  • Recruter, faire grandir et engager consultants, ingénieurs IT, chefs de projet et digital experts.
  • Instaurer une culture d'excellence, d'exigence et de bienveillance.
  • Accompagner chaque talent dans son parcours : formation, performance, montée en compétences.

5. Gérer votre performance et celle de votre Business Unit

  • Piloter votre
    P&L
    , assurer la rentabilité, anticiper les risques.
  • Structurer votre roadmap de croissance.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie Luxe & Premium d'Ivy au niveau suisse et international.

  • Vous connaissez le secteur du luxe ou ses environnements high-end.
  • Vous maîtrisez les enjeux IT : architecture, CRM, data, transformation digitale, cybersécurité, infrastructures, retail tech.
  • Vous combinez
    relationnel haut de gamme
    , leadership humain et sens du business.
  • Vous savez évoluer dans des environnements exigeants, rapides et orientés excellence.
  • Langues :
    Français & Anglais.
