Als Health System Manager sind Sie Teil von Roche Pharma (Schweiz) AG, der Schweizer Ländergesellschaft von Roche mit Domizil in Basel-Stadt. Wir sind ein Team von rund 180 Mitarbeitenden und setzen uns täglich dafür ein, dass Patientinnen und Patienten in der Schweiz Zugang zum innovativen Roche Medikamenten-Portfolio erhalten. Als Health System Manager prägen Sie im Public Policy Umfeld die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Health Policy Strategie und Gestaltung des regulatorischen Umfelds, um den Patientenzugang zu innovativen Therapien, ein qualitativ hochstehendes Gesundheitssystem und forschungs-/innovationsfreundliche Rahmenbedingungen zu sichern. Dazu arbeiten Sie eng mit externen und internen Partnern zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Monitoring, Analyse und strategische Bearbeitung des gesundheitspolitischen Umfelds

  • Pflege und gezielter Ausbau des Netzwerkes mit verschiedenen Partnern des Gesundheitswesens mit Relevanz für Roche Pharma (Schweiz) AG

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen der Industrieverbände oder mit Stakeholdern

  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Anlässen und Projekten mit Kunden, Anspruchsgruppen und politischen Entscheidungsträgern

  • Ausarbeiten von strategischen gesundheitspolitischen Positionen und Briefings für Senior Management und Industrieverbände

  • Informationsaufbereitung, -vermittlung und -bewertung von wichtigen gesundheitspolitischen Entwicklungen für interne Teams

  • Aktiver Austausch zu Health Policy Themen im Roche Policy Netzwerk (lokal, global)

Ihr Profil:

  • Universitätsstudium in Politikwissenschaften, Wirtschaft, Recht, Life Sciences, Public Health

  • Exzellente Kenntnisse des Schweizerischen politischen Systems, dessen Prozesse und des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens

  • Nachweislich erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen zur Erreichung gemeinsamer strategischer Ziele

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pharmabranche, in einer politischen Partei, Verbänden, NGOs oder Consulting im gesundheitspolitischen Umfeld

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte empfängergerecht und prägnant aufzubereiten und zu kommunizieren

  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse
