Ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Reinigung und Desinfektion sucht für die Qualitätskontrolle eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit. Die Produkte kommen weltweit in Spitälern, in der Industrie, in Hygienebereichen sowie im Life Sciences-Sektor zum Einsatz.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Entwicklung des QC-Teams, inkl. Einsatzplanung, Coaching und fachlicher Unterstützung
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prüfmethoden sowie physikalischen und physikochemischen Analysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit benachbarten Abteilungen wie Produktion, Entwicklung und Regulatory, um Qualität und Effizienz sicherzustellen
  • Verantwortung für die Verfügbarkeit und den fachgerechten Unterhalt der Laborgeräte, inkl. Planung von Wartungen und Kalibrierungen
  • Übernahme der Systemverantwortung für das LIMS (Labor-Informations-Management-System), inkl. Pflege, Administration und Anwenderunterstützung
  • Betreuung des Temperaturüberwachungssystems (ELPRO) und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Vorgaben
Qualifikation
  • Fach- oder Hochschulabschluss in Chemie oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit physikalischen und physikochemischen Analyseverfahren sowie mit der ISO 13485."
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit LIMS und gängiger Office-Software
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
