Product Manager/-in (100%) Paradeplatz

Was du bei uns bewegst
  • Verantwortung für die Führung einer unserer strategischen Warengruppen in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung Product Management
  • Erstellung der Sortiments- und Produktstrategie zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
  • Strategisches Führen und Analysieren von Sortimenten
  • Entwicklung neuer Produktkonzepte auf Basis von Markt- und Kundendaten
  • Projektlead der daraus entstehenden Projekte im interdisziplinären Team (Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Kommunikation) von der Idee bis zur Lancierung
  • Entwicklung von Product-Designs und Verpackungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Trendresearch und Marktbeobachtungen

Was wir uns wünschen
  • 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Product Management, bevorzugt in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Vertiefung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Marketing (Uni, FH, Fachausweis oder adäquat)
  • Ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie konzeptionell stark
  • Gespür für Design, Markenästhetik und Kundenerwartungen bei Luxusprodukten im Premiumsegment
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams
  • Starker Teamplayer mit Überzeugungskraft und Verständnis für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, SAP von Vorteil
