Depending on each client's migration plan, we activate our
B2B partnerships
, facilitate
direct hiring
, or develop
alternative employment solutions
. Our mission is to create transparent, ethical, and sustainable employment pathways that benefit both companies and qualified professionals abroad.

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for experienced
freelance recruiters or business developers
who can help us connect our pre-qualified candidates with real job opportunities in Europe.

  • Identify hiring companies in Germany, Switzerland and Spain and live vacancies that match our candidate pool (EU & LATAM professionals).
  • Pitch pre-vetted candidate profiles to decision-makers, arrange interviews, and shepherd the process to offer.
  • Support offer negotiations and follow placements through until successful onboarding.

Compensation

  • Commission-based
    , proportional to the candidate's first-month salary.
  • The higher the salary, the higher your commission.
  • No cap
    on earnings — multiple placements possible simultaneously.
  • Payment guarantee:
    You receive a commission
    even if the employer refuses to pay
    . We have
    legal and contractual workarounds
    for companies that normally
    do not work with recruiters
    — ensuring your efforts are always rewarded.

Ideal background

  • Proven experience in
    business development / 360° agency sales / job development
    (any sector: IT, engineering, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, skilled trades, etc.).
  • Confident with cold/warm outreach, objection handling, and offer negotiation.
  • Organized, reliable, and outcome-driven.
  • Language:
    English or German (Spanish is a plus).
