L'environnement de travail est très varié avec des activités d'exploitation et de projets. Chacun travaille simultanément avec plusieurs clients et plusieurs projets dans une organisation agile. Le multilinguisme est omniprésent. Les déplacements en Suisse (1 à 2 par semaine) permettent de mieux échanger avec ses pairs ou ses clients. La part de télétravail (si souhaité) représente 2 jours par semaine pour un poste à 100%. Ce poste convient bien pour une personne qui dispose déjà d'une première expérience professionnelle et de préférence dans le monde bancaire.

Ce poste peut permettre après 5 à 7 ans une évolution vers des rôles de Release Train Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner ou Project Manager.

  • Prise en main d'un domaine applicatif (modules, interfaces, systèmes tiers)
  • Gestion des incidents et des changements liés au domaine applicatif
  • Traitement des dossiers de A à Z depuis l'expression des besoins par les clients jusqu'à la mise en service
  • Coordination avec les éditeurs

Tes compétences

  • Diplôme en informatique (CFC avec formation continue)
  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine bancaire avec interface IT (Application Management)
  • Curiosité et excellentes capacités d'apprentissage
  • Bon esprit de synthèse
  • A l'aise dans la communication
  • Excellente maitrise du français et affinité pour l'allemand (ou l'inverse)
  • Résident suisse
