We are looking for an
Application Manager Junior
on behalf of one of our clients to support the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise and collaboration solutions used by Swiss and international organizations.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a
    first successful experience of around 3 years
    as an
    Application Manager
    ,
    Service Manager
    ,
    Platform Administrator
    , or
    IT Consultant
    .
  • Enjoy supporting users and IT departments in optimizing their tools and business processes.
  • Take satisfaction in configuring, maintaining, and improving application platforms (service management, project tracking, knowledge sharing, etc.).
  • Feel comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, documenting activities, and ensuring delivery quality.
  • Are curious, structured, and motivated to grow in an international, demanding, and supportive environment.
  • Are fluent in
    English and German
    (French is a plus).

Your missions :

Your role will be structured around several key areas, including:

  • Participating in the design, configuration, and integration
    of applications tailored to business needs.
  • Supporting business and IT teams
    in the adoption and optimization of digital tools.
  • Managing the application lifecycle
    , including support, maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating stakeholders
    (internal teams, clients, partners) and ensuring the
    quality of deliverables
    .
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing
    and the capitalization of best practices across projects.
