Cybersecurity Lead
role has become available at an international manufacturing firm leader in their field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement cybersecurity strategy across IT and OT environments.
  • Assess risks, monitor threats, and coordinate incident response.
  • Secure networks, endpoints, and industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA, IIoT).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and production teams to integrate security standards.
  • Manage external security audits, tools, and vendor relationships.
  • Raise security awareness and train staff across all business units.

Profile

  • 5+ years in cybersecurity with proven IT and OT experience.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial networks, and automation environments.
  • Skilled in risk management, security architecture, and incident response.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities across technical and business functions.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC preferred.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and adaptable to a fast-scaling organization.
  • Fluent English and German.
