Pour notre division Services, nous recherchons un ou une :

Vos missions principales:

  • encadrer une équipe de 7 personnes,
  • assurer le bon déroulement du traitement opérationnel lié aux sanctions économiques et aux flux interbancaires (SWIFT, SIC, ESIC, SECOM)
  • Encadrer,superviser améliorer le paramétrage des systèmes sous responsabilité (GTX, FircoSoft),
  • analyser et reporter les mesures et indicateurs de pilotages des activités et de l'équipe,
  • participer à des projets métiers et transverses,
  • effectuer une veille réglementaire et technologique ainsi qu'anticiper le changement.

Votre profil:

  • formation supérieure,
  • expérience dans une activité similaire avec compétences avérées en gestion d'équipe,
  • sens de l'initiative, intérêt marqué pour la compliance et la rigueur organisationnelle,
  • Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et le paramétrage de logiciel de filtrage
  • respect des règles et procédures,
  • parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
