Aufgaben

  • Führung der Business Unit mit voller Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategie sowie Ausbau des Geschäfts in Pharma und Chemie
  • Aktive Unterstützung für Verkauf und Geschäftsentwicklung, inklusive Pflege von Key Accounts und Akquisition neuer Kunden
  • Verantwortung für Planung, Ausführung und Übergabe der Rohrbauprojekten
  • Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Sicherheit
  • Vertragsprüfung, Risikomanagement und Claim-Management
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisation sowie die Förderung einer Sicherheits- und Qualitätskultur

Ihr Profil – Qualifikationen und Erfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Anlagenbau oder

vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Führungs- und Ergebnisverantwortung im Rohrbau, idealerweise im

regulierten Umfeld (Pharma/Chemie)
- Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Industrien und im Projekt-/Contract-Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schweisstechnik, Werkstoffauswahl und Anwendung relevanter Normen und Standards (z.B. GMP, ISO, ASME, EN)
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
