For our Fund Provider Management team in Zürich, we are currently looking for a highly committed, serious and detail-oriented individual, willing to join a small, experienced and stable team.

The Fund Provider Management team is responsible for the setup, maintenance and life-cycle management of all global distribution agreements, trailer fee negotiations, service fees, placement fees and all funds on the offering shelf of Julius Baer.

For this part-time position, we require someone who enjoys providing excellent service behind the scenes and has a solid understanding of the fund business.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support a team of senior fund specialists in B2B tasks and operations with external fund partners
  • Collect, verify and approve information received from global asset managers, and maintain the fund universe on the offering shelf
  • Key account management (setup, maintenance, life-cycle management...) and overall responsibility for the relationship with external distribution partners

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or a strong understanding of the fund management business
  • Independent, autonomous, attentive to detail, focused, and capable of impeccable communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take joy and pride in maintaining existing processes and delivering excellent support behind the scenes
  • Willingness to work at the office every day (part-time role)
  • Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
