Deine Rolle

  • Projektmanagement

: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung aller Projekte. Dabei behältst du stets den Überblick über das grosse Ganze und packst gleichzeitig auch operativ mit an.
- Kundenberatung & Strategie

: Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen strategisch und beratend durch die Projekte und hilfst ihnen, das Potenzial von immersiven Lösungen optimal zu nutzen.
- Kundenentwicklung & Business Development

: Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst sie weiter. Ausserdem unterstützt du bei Pitches, Präsentationen und Angeboten.
- Agenturentwicklung

: Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Projektmanagement-Standards, Tools und Prozesse mit.

Was wir erwarten

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung digitaler Kundenprojekte im Agenturumfeld. Organisation, Struktur und Verlässlichkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken und du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Mit deiner gewinnenden, souveränen Art überzeugst du Kund:innen und führst gemeinsam mit dem Team Projekte erfolgreich zum Ziel. Communicating in English is no problem for you.
  • Du bist fasziniert von den Möglichkeiten immersiver Technologien wie AR und VR – und hast Lust, dich in diese Themen tief einzuarbeiten und ihr Potenzial für unsere Kund:innen nutzbar zu machen.
  • Du bringst ein positives Mindset, Empathie und viel Drive mit. Als Teamplayer gibst und nimmst du Feedback offen an und trägst mit deinen Ideen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams und unserer Arbeit bei.
