We are seeking a dynamic and driven German-speaking Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team in Barcelona. This role offers a relocation bonus to help you make a smooth transition.

Work Type: On-site
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Relocation Bonus: Included for candidates outside Spain*

Responsibilities:
  • Daily communication with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Assist in identifying and seizing marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Support the acquisition of new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) sector.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide tailored marketing solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Utilize client data to offer custom recommendations and insights.
  • Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers, aimed at increasing customer revenue.
  • Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and marketing activities.
  • Regularly gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our advertising products and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • German C1 minimum
  • English B2 minimum
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software
  • Ability to understand and meet client needs with tailored solutions
