Chief Operations Officer Cosmetics (m/w/d) 100%

Was dich erwartet:

  • Strategische Gesamtverantwortung:
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Business-Prozesse im Bereich Operations Cosmetics mit Fokus auf Produktion und Supply Chain
  • Strategische Planung und Implementierung optimierter Prozesse und Strukturen (u. a. Digitalisierung, Footprint, CAPEX)
  • Weiterentwicklung der globalen Produktionsstrategie (inklusive Make-or-buy)

  • Verantwortung für das Site Management in Arlesheim

  • Team- und Führungsverantwortung:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Teams von ca. 170 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Arlesheim (CH) und Schwäbisch Gmünd (DE)
  • Definition, Einführung und Monitoring geeigneter Kennzahlen zur Performance-Messung und kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
  • Operative Exzellenz & Prozessoptimierung:
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Kosmetik-Produkte des Gruppensortiments unter Berücksichtigung von Termin, Qualität, Kosten, Sicherheit, gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Umweltaspekten, Flexibilität und Service Level
  • Förderung und Implementierung von KVP- und Lean-Methoden zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität
  • Compliance & Sicherheit:
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie fachlicher Regeln und Richtlinien zur Gewährleistung von Compliance und Sicherheit

Was du mitbringst:

  • Fachliche Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwesen, Chemie oder vergleichbarem Bereich; MBA von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im FMCG-Segment, idealerweise in produzierenden und vertreibenden Firmen der Kosmetik-Brache
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktionsstrategien
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Lean Methoden
  • Expertise in der Sicherstellung und Verbesserung von Qualitätsstandards in der Produktion
  • Persönliche Stärken:
  • Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der Leitung und Motivation internationaler Teams
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Produktionsprozessen und für fundierte Entscheidungen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Herausforderungen und Marktveränderungen
