Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to lead cross-functional project teams in delivering complex engineering and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring that all projects are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time and within budget, and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

You will coordinate resources across departments, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Acting as the key link between technical teams, business units, and external partners, you will drive clarity, accountability, and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.

Your Mission:

To lead cross-functional project teams tin delivering engineering and business transformation initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and alignment with our strategic goals. You will ensure that every project not only achieves its objectives but also fosters collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed
    project plans, schedules, and budgets
    aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate
    Agile ceremonies
    including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with
    internal stakeholders and external vendors
    to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and provide
    regular status updates
    and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure
    compliance with regulatory standards
    and internal governance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate
    project risks
    to ensure successful and sustainable delivery.
  • Mentor
    junior project managers
    and promote knowledge sharing and process improvement across teams.
  • Manage
    vendor contracts
    and facilitate effective collaboration between
    partner companies
    .
  • Apply
    best practices and methodologies
    to ensure project excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

Professional Competencies:

  • Education:
    Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    8+ years in project management, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
  • Proven track record in managing regulatory, compliance, fraud mitigation, and data migration projects.
  • Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite; MS Project experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Certifications:
    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and
    PMI-PMP
    or
    PRINCE2
    ;
    ITIL
    certification
    is a plus.
