DSM Pentapharm, part of the nutrition cluster of the DSM group, is a Swiss SME with a long-standing tradition as an innovative and reliable supplier of active ingredients for the personal care, pharmaceutical and haemostasis diagnostics industries.

Position

The Product Supply Chain Lead will assume responsibility for a certain product portfolio belonging to the Pentapharm business areas.

In this role, he/she acts as Supply Chain business partner for the Commercial organization. He/she closely works with Sales and Marketing as well as interacts with external Customers on demand and supply planning items & on product life cycle management.

The position reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain Management.

Tasks
- Support the commercial organization in interacting with external Customers on demand and supply items
- Coordinate internal and external cross-functional product life cycle management activities, primarily related to technical operations
- Support internal artwork labeling changes ensuring compliance to relevant regulations (especially GMP and IVDR)
- Create the long and mid-term planning of intermediates and finished products
- Supervise the availability of key, externally sourced, materials
- Support manufacturing operations with short-term scheduling
- Monitor stock levels, provide internal reporting & trigger sourcing of external materials
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics to guarantee customer seamless supply

**Requirements**:

- University degree preferably in pharmaceuticals, business engineering or business economics
- Extensive experience in the supply chain of pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmetics industry
- Strong experience in demand and supply planning
- Experience in compliance with pharmaceutical and medical device regulations
- Know-how in working with ERP and planning IT systems
- Own initiative, ability to work solution-oriented with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and good command of German
