To strengthen our Marketing & Communications activities, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on, and well-organized personality to join our team as anEvents & Communications Coordinator 50 % (all genders)Your impact:Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer eventsCoordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partnersManage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistencySupport webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teamsMaintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreachSupport internal communications and company-wide updatesCollect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM teamAssist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company newsYour skills & experience:Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event managementExperience in planning and organizing events is an advantageStrong organizational skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetFluent in German and English (spoken and written)Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressureWillingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at eventsWhat we offer:An innovative and international working environmentA flexible workload (~50%) with room for adjustment by mutual agreementVaried responsibilities with a high level of independenceA motivated, collaborative team with short decision-making pathsModern working conditions with flexible hours, 40-hour week, and remote work optionsReady to shape our global presence?
