Job Description:

The Lead Data Analyst will directly report to the Senior Manager, Process Excellence DePuy Synthes Transcend MAKE, and will be responsible for assisting the DePuy Synthes with a wide range of activities and deliverables. These tasks include mapping system, data and process flows, conducting data analysis, understanding business specifics and particular project requirements, translating these into actionable tasks for interrelated programs, and creating presentations, among other duties. This position aims to support the attainment of the DePuy Synthes franchise organizational objectives in accordance with the governance established by the Strategic Portfolio and Project Management organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop cross PLM & ERP systems data base for data integrity improvement & data clean-ups proposal for base Business and migration teams

  • Collaborate with master data team to ensure data configuration meets business capability needs.

  • Conduct data analysis to support project decision-making and performance assessment.

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand specific project requirements and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with Depuy Synthes Subject Matter Expert to understand business specificities.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.

  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops.

  • Identify and communicate project risks and issues, proposing solutions as necessary.

  • Have a customer focus both internal & external including development and management of partners

  • Engage and build relationships with program stakeholders and peers

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills

  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
