Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - Automation & Analytics. The preferred location for this role is based in Cork (Ireland), Diegem (Belgium), or Zuchwil (Switzerland). Secondary locations include any J&J location in North America or Europe.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for advancing the technology roadmap for the HMD PIC COE via the deployment of critical automation technologies (Machine Learning, RPA, Alteryx, Power Bi, Cloud Computing, etc.) and the leveraging of data analytics opportunities enabled by these automations.
This critical role will report to the HMD Finance Director, PIC COE Governance & Reporting.
Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Business partner with all groups within PIC COE to identify potential opportunities for automation
- With input from the key financial and technical SMEs, lead the assessment and evaluation of these potential automation opportunities, re-engineer processes if required prior to automation and bring the proposal to PIC COE Directors for review and approval
- Develop the design and build roadmap for the automation opportunities approved by PIC COE Directors, including project prioritization, resource allocation, automation budget and project timelines.
- Lead the E2E project life cycle, including change management, of each automation project ensuring all projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Maximize the benefit of standardization and automation by finding opportunities for analytics and/or machine learning
- Standardize the solutions, the connections and the outputs of each project acting together with all the PIC COE automation initiatives
- Leading a team of diverse profiles across four locations.
- Governance and maintenance of previously deployed automation projects.
- Sponsor a network of SMEs across the PIC COE.
- Lead the communications strategy to lead awareness of benefits of digital technology to finance roles

- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills. Proven track record of Influencing key stakeholders and change management
- A continuous improvement attitude is required and a passion for automation/robotics is essential
- Strong financial and technical skills
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience is required
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
- Experience in Management Accounting / Supply Chain Finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and visualization tools is preferred
- Experience with data science, machine learning tools is a preferred
- Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
