The Team

TAG is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms, with over 800 professionals in 35 offices worldwide. The group is recognized for its expertise in Financial Due Diligence and is considered a top choice for building an international career in Transaction Advisory.

How you will contribute


• Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Switzerland and Europe, collaborating with Managing Directors.


• Apply financial analysis skills to understand commercial aspects and valuation drivers in transactions.


• Participate in formal and informal training to enhance skills.


• Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to gain a broader understanding of due diligence and deal processes.


• Engage with Managing Directors for mentorship and involvement in business development and marketing.


• Network internally and externally to build relationships across service lines and industries.

Qualifications


• Prior experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects, preferably at a Big 4 audit firm.


• Strong academic background from a leading university or equivalent.


• Proficiency in stakeholder management and client relationship management.


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.


• Fluency in German and English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
