Ein international agierendes Technologieunternehmen mit Sitz in der Schweiz sucht eine visionäre und umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit, die die nächste Entwicklungsphase eines etablierten Marktführers im Bereich digitaler Kommunikations- und Workflowlösungen gestaltet.

Das Unternehmen entwickelt und vertreibt innovative Software- und Hardwarelösungen, die den Informationsfluss in kritischen Umgebungen verbessern – insbesondere im Gesundheitswesen und angrenzenden Branchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Chief Executive Officer (CEO) tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.

Sie berichten direkt an den Verwaltungsrat und führen das internationale Executive-Team.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum und Profitabilität
  • Ausbau der Marktführerschaft im Bereich digitaler Kommunikations- und Workflowlösungen im Gesundheitssektor
  • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Unternehmen aus den Bereichen
    Medizintechnik, Software und Telekommunikation
  • Förderung einer innovations- und leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Teams
  • Sicherstellung operativer Exzellenz über alle Regionen und Funktionsbereiche hinweg
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Investoren, Partnern und anderen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil

Sie sind eine unternehmerisch geprägte, international erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher strategischer Kompetenz und ausgeprägtem Gespür für Technologie und Markttrends.

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer
    General-Management-Position mit voller P&L-Verantwortung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in
    Strategieumsetzung und Geschäftstransformation
  • Tiefgehende Branchenerfahrung in der Medizintechnik
  • Verständnis für komplexe B2B-Vertriebsstrukturen, Software-Lösungen und internationale Märkte
  • Internationale Managementerfahrung, idealerweise in Europa und Nordamerika
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
