Role Description

As CTO, you will help shape AION's technology and vision – with significant equity participation, a competitive salary, and complete creative freedom. Together, we will build Europe's leading AI M&A platform.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Zurich, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The CTO will oversee the technology strategy, lead software development, and architect cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include managing technology projects, advising on IT strategy, and ensuring that product development aligns with organizational goals. The CTO will play a key role in driving innovation, fostering a collaborative tech team, and ensuring the scalability of technological systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Development and Architecture
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and IT Strategy
  • Experience in Product Development with a focus on innovative technologies
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire a technical team
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and M&A processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work setup
