In Switzerland, Kantar Switzerland AG provides services in the field of television and internet measurement:

At our location in Gümligen, we are responsible for measuring and evaluating the ratings of all television programmes available in Switzerland. Since 2022, we are also tasked with measuring the use of Swiss online media across channels and devices. To this end, we maintain a panel consisting of over 2,200 selected private households in all language regions of Switzerland.

To strengthen our production team in Gümligen, we are looking for the following position to start in November:

Product Owner – System Engineer 80% - 100%

Your challenge


• Focal Meter (measuring device) product ownership (Focal Meter reporting, leading Focal Meter-related meetings, testing, installation, training, etc.)


• Compatibility testing of Swiss ISP routers as well as error analysis and troubleshooting


• Planning and implementing improved Focal Meter settings for problematic installations


• Regular communication with international experts (e.g. Netherlands, UK)


• Project support for the evaluation and introduction of new joint processes within the scope of Focal Meter Product Ownership, including assumption of responsibility for operational implementation

Your skills

  • Technical understanding of network protocols and installations, IPv4/IPv6, mesh networks, router setups and configuration
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Project management experience, experience in team leadership and/or transformation projects are a plus
  • Fluency in at least one national language (German or French) and English
