Deine Mission

Als Assistant Store Manager:in co-führst du den Store, entwickelst das Team und sorgst für exzellente KPIs, Visual Merchandising und erstklassige Customer Experience.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Co-Führung des Teams inkl. Einsatzplanung, Coaching & Onboarding
  • KPI-Steuerung (Umsatz, Conversion, UPT, ATV) & Aktionsplanung
  • Verantwortlich für Visual Merchandising und Kampagnen am POS
  • Warenmanagement, Prozesse, Kasse & Inventur – reibungslos & effizient
  • Vorbild im Verkauf: aktive Kundenansprache & Service Excellence

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Retail-Erfahrung (Sport/Fashion/Lifestyle)
  • Erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. Stellvertretung/Keyholder)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil
  • Hands-on, zahlenaffin, teamorientiert – auch wenn's hektisch wird
