Assistant Store Manager

Job Description :

Evolving in a high-end environment, you will be an ambassador of the Anne Fontaine brand. In complete mastery of the brand universe and ensuring a personalized customer experience, you contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives.

You will participate in all the activities inherent to the good operation of the store and the radiance of the brand :

• You will assist the Store Manager with the commercial management of the boutique and optimizing its profitability.
• You will support her in managing the team and ensuring a premium level of service.
• Active involvement will be expected to ensure the achievement and exceeding of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• You will coordinate with the Store Manager the organization and planning of the boutique.
• You will set an example for the team in your way of meeting and exceeding customer expectations through high-level service and your in-depth knowledge of the collections.
• You will play an important role in training and motivating the team to develop their performance.
• You will uphold the values and culture of Anne Fontaine through constant monitoring of individual progress.
• You will analyze KPIs with the Store Manager to promptly implement the necessary action plans to maximize sales.

It is a permanent contract of 40h per week.

The store is located in Zurich.

What we are looking for :

You have significant professional experiences in the Fashion/Luxury sector and an initial management experience.

You are passionate about fashion and have a strong understanding of the sector and its trends.

You are familiar with luxury codes and possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, with excellent presentation and oral expression.

We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator with a confident, proactive approach, you will be relied on to build relationships with customers, as well as with the team you work with. You will need a good knowledge of fashion trends and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Working within an enthusiastic and motivated team, you will have the ability to inspire customers, listen to their needs and meet their expectations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

Successful experience(s) in high-end retail (minimum 3 years) and in management

Fluent in English and Swiss German, (other languages would be a plus)
