Mission principale de la fonction :

  • Gestion des fournitures Customer Service
  • Gestion et coordination des activités d'une équipe de Gestionnaires de stock

Descriptif des tâches :

Tâches en tant que Team Leader

  • Coordonner le personnel du service
  • Désigner les tâches et fonctions de chacun
  • Organiser le travail
  • Prioriser et contrôler les tâches

Tâches en tant que Gestionnaire de stock

  • Traitement des retours aux fournisseurs : commandes SAP et renvois
  • Traitement et rangement des retours de composants des clients
  • Comptage de l'inventaire tournant
  • Transactions de stock Customer Service dans SAP: entrées, transferts et sorties
  • Réception de marchandises et entrée en stock
  • Réception de marchandises du stock central
  • Rangement du stock Customer Service
  • Conditionnement à l'interne avant le rangement dans le stock Customer Service
  • Gestion de la sous-traitance (envoi, réception et rangement)
  • Elimination de composants et remise en ordre du stock Customer Service
  • Remplacement des membres de l'équipe stock Customer Service en cas de besoin
  • Préparation des commandes E-commerce (accessoires)

Tâches en tant que picker stock Customer Service

  • Sortie des composants pour les filiales, les agents et l'atelier

PROFIL

Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC d'Employé(e) de commerce ou formation en logistique ou titre jugé équivalent

Vous avez une expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) dans le domaine

Des connaissances du monde horloger sont un atout

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de la suite MS Office, d'Outlook et de SAP

Une première expérience en tant que Team Leader est un atout

LANGUES

Maîtrise de la langue française, à l'oral comme à l'écrit

Connaissances en allemand et anglais, un atout
